Dave Stoten is a music producer and engineer based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His relatively short six years in the Edmonton recording industry have led him to work with many great artists such as: Zack Werner of Canadian Idol with his band Haymaker, Ten Second Epic, Erica Viegas, The Ides of Ruin, Fairwell to the Sunset, Darryl Mathews, Justin Elmer, Paul Cresey, Violet Archer, This Is War, and Southside Riots.  Being a session musician and programmer, he finds himself filling in on many projects.  Playing a wide array of instruments for over 30 years and 16 years as a music instructor, Dave prides himself on his ability to mold artists into solid, competent players and composers.  In his quest for quality recordings, he strives to create a relaxed and creatively stimulating environment for his clients.  Mr. Stoten is currently working out of Failsafe Studios and Beta Sound Recorders in downtown Edmonton.
